About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

hi,

i am a filipina currently working here in singapore,i was planning to visit with my friend in shenzhen,
but it was such a ridiculous reading some post on top that filipinos cannot get a tourist visa going to china,
why they suddenly changed the rules and regulation? this is so unfair.

you can't get a Chinese tourist visa in Singapore, but you can get it at Chinese embassy or consulate in Philippines althought a long list of documents are required to submit.
