About:Nightlife in Chengdu

I plan to go to Guilin/Yangshuo on February 4-7. Is this considered winter?
I want to take the cruise boat on the Li River. Will the river be normal or
have less water?

Yes, it is winter. It is about 10C at that time. The water level in Feb is a bit lower and some part of the River may not navigatable.
