dear,i have applied for the phd scholarship in northwestern poly-technical university

Dear,I have applied for the PhD scholarship in Northwestern poly-technical university (NPU) under Chinese government scheme (CSC). I have sent soft and hard copies of my all documents to NPU as well as to CSC.My question is whether i ve to submit the set of documents to Embassy of China in Pakistan or not?Please reply to me.Thanks
