About:Shanghai Travel

We (2 adult, 2 child) want to travel from shanghai to beijing by fastest train, which railways station in shanghai we must go, how much the ticket for soft bed and do they have
private room for us? and how long the journey take? Can I buy the tickets by online internet?

The fatest train is D32 from Shanghai Railway Station to Beijing South Railway Station: 10:31-20:32, total 10 hours. Some other D trains getting to Beijing Railway Station takes 10 hours and 15 minutes. No bed in D trains, only first/second class seats. Ticket price: 452/542RMB. Children between 110cm - 150cm pay for half the price. The raiway station do not have on-line ticket service and you can buy through online ticket agent, which means you should pay service charge, not cheap. T trains have soft beds and costs nearly 500RMB, but it runs 13 hours and a quarter.
