About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Hi!

my wife and I are planning to visit Hong Kong for new year holidays. We have travelled extesnively but this will be our first visit to Hong Kong. I notice that we need to produce a sponsor letter from Hong Kong. Is this mandatory even if we are going for a short 4 - 5 day visit. Also we don't have any relatives/friends in Hong Kong.

Is it possible to get the visa without the sponsor letter? We have all the other docuemnts (letter from employer, bank statements, etc..)

Thanks
RAM

The sponsor letter is not mandatory, you can get the Hong Kong visa without this letter.
