Hello,I will spend 3-4 days in Shenzhen and from there i need to travel to Dalian. is there a bus? Train? how long does it take?

It is over 3000km from Shenzhen to Dalian, are you sure you would like to take a bus?! No such a bus, I think. It seems you do not have more than 40 hours spending on the way by train. So, just fly.
