About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

1. Is it 100% certain that a foreigner in Malaysia CANNOT get a chinese visa from KL when the applicant has a Malaysian visit pass (valid for 90 days)? All the rest of the necessary documents I do posess.
2. I have read posts of other foreigners who did get the chinese visa only with the Malaysian visit pass in July 2009; did the rules change?
3. If they reject me for the application of the Visa, do I hear that before I pay the fee of RM130 rush fee?

I hope that somebody can make it totally clear since i don't want to waste more money on the potential failing of my china trip.

1. you can have a try, maybe your visa application will be accepted, you won't lose anything because the fee is paid when you pick up your visa. You don't need to pay any fee when you submit application
2. Recently, the Chinese government tightens the visa regulations, it is harder to get Chinese visa in a third country
3. if your application is rejected, you don't need to pay fee.
