Question

About:Hangzhou Transportation

I will be travelling to Shanghai by AirAsia in September next year. Could you let me know the price of a D-train ticket from Hangzhou to Shanghai? And also how do I get to the train station from Hangzhou Airport, and how far is it?

On my return from Shanghai to Hangzhou, I would like to stay a day in Hangzhou to visit some tourist spots. Could you recommend a day-tour or perhaps tourist spots I should not miss (if I were doing the tour myself). Also, could you recommend a hotel that is easily accessible from the train station, to the airport and also tourist spots?

Thank you.

Hi, Ms Leong. See my reply to Mr Elvin below. It can answer your questions too. It takes nearly one hour from Hangzhou Airport to Hangzhou Railway Station then another 1.5 hours by bullet train from Hangzhou to Shanghai South Railway Staition. Find a hotel nearby Wulinmen, where the airport bus leaving from and the West Lake area is nearby.
