Hello!. I,am Moseka pete Congolese living philippines. I'm student. I have physical Handicap. My passeport is still valid until 2010. I have to come to China. I ask if there will be a place accomodate according the needs of each Or each one must do her/his best to stay.Thanks you.

HI,HOW ARE U? I THINK IF U HAVE TIME NOW,U MUST GO TO THE EMBASSY TO REGISTER.BECAUSE THE FOREIGNER MINISTOR AS TOLD AS ALL THE AMBASSY AND IMMIGRATION  THE OLD CONGOLESE PASSPORT WILL EXPIRE AT THE END OF DECEMBER.SO TRY TO REGISTER NOW IF U HAVE TIME
