Hi. I heard that Maxim's dim sum is very nice. Can i know if i plan to go there for dim sum on weekday, will there very crowded? i have to go there early to book place? As i plan to go ngong ping after eat dim sum. Thanks.

Just purchase some dim sum? Of course don't have to book a seat in advance. The Maxim has set many branches dealing with dim sum. There is one just at the Exit C of Tung Chung,where you could transfer to the Ngong Ping cable car.
