i arrive at beijing capital airport just after midnight,my flight doesn't leave

I arrive at Beijing Capital Airport just after midnight, and my flight doesn't leave until noon. I have not heard anything good about the nearby Airport Hotels, and I believe the lounge costs around 25 and has a maximum time of 5 hours. Is the Time-Meter Hotel a good option, and how much does it cost per hour?
