Hi, I'll be travelling to Xian with a family of five. Is it nearer to fly from Beijing to Xian or from Guangzhou to Xian from Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia ? We'll be there for 5 days . What shall I visit and where shall I eat the local cuisine ? Thanks

Beijing is nearer to Xian than Guangzhou, and also there are more flights between Beijing and Xian. You may get a better airfare discount. I think 2-3 days is enought to visit the sites in Xian, as city wall, big and small wild goose pagodas, bell and drum towers, terrocatta warriors and soldiers, city wall, forests of stone steles and etc.
