Airprot bus 330 to 华联大厦 and get to the subway station nearby to Dongmen Laojie 东门老街。 Get out from Exit A1 the walk to the hotel opposite the subway Station. It takes 45 minutes airport bus plus 3 minutes subway, costing about 23yuan.
