I and 5 family members plan to go to Guangzhou on 17 Dec to 22 Dec 2009. I plan to stay in apartment. Please advise, between Grand Continental Service apat, Lilac International Suite and Yihe Hotel, which is better and convinient and near to shopping area and train station (to Hong Kong).What is the weather like? Do I need to bring winter jacket, or noral jacket. Thank you.

Lilac International Suite is nearest to Guangzhou railway station, within 2 minutes walking distance. Around the railway station, there are many shopping areas. Guangzhou is not very cold in winter. You can just bring your normal jacket.
