Is there a train from Tanggu Station into Tianjin?

We will be arriving by cruise ship in Xingang port. I understand there are buses to get us into Tianjin. Is there a train from Tanggu Station into Tianjin that will take less time? How long and what is the cost. I also noticed that some costs are quoted "RMB" and some "Yuan"...what is the difference?
