Hi..I am planning to travel to Shanghai on the 30th December and will be arriving at Hongqiao airport at 14:35 in the afternoon. What is  the best way to get from the airport to The Broadway Mansions hotel which is on No.20 Bei Suzhou Road? I have heard many horror stories about the taxi drivers in Shanghai and are very confused on what transport to use or should I just use the Airport transfer which cost around 350 yuan per person??

The hotel is located about 15kms away from the Hongqiao Airport, so you could take a taxi to arrive there easily. The fare should be around 50RMB. I think the taxi drivers in Shanghai were nice when I was there last summer. In case of unhappy case, please don't take the cab if the driver refuses to charge by meter.
