Hi, a bunch of my friends & i will visit to Taipei, Taiwan from Borneo. This is our first time visit to Taipei in End September 2010 - early October 2010. I was wondering what is the weather during this period of time? Was it cold? Any suggestion for accommodation? We are coming in group say about 10 pax, now already confirmed 7 pax so far. I'm checking on internet hotel but seem so hard to look for cheaper hotel there. Please advice. thanks & hear from you soon.
