Application to trace my Visa application form
Respected Sir,
I have been invited by Hong Kong Institute of Business Studies, Lingnan University to participate in Academy of International Business (AIB) South Asian Regional conference form 3-5 December 2009. For this purpose I applied for the Hong Kong visa on 14th October 2009 and deposited THB 800 as a fee for fax my documents to Immigration office Hong Kong for approval (Pick up form no. 959592).
Sir, it is going to be more than one month but I could not receive any reply from Chinese embassy to Thailand. I visited several times to your embassy and got reply that yet approval has not been received from Hong Kong. I and my sponsor have also contacted Immigration office Hong Kong, they say we did not receive your application.
Sir, my conference date is very near and I am not getting any reply form your embassy. Could you please help me to trace out my file and reply me about any action.
