About:Jiuzhaigou National Park

I planned to to got to chengdu/Jiuzhaigou from 20th-28th Oct 2010, kindly suggest where should I visit, the recommended hotels/hostel/homestay during the journey, How to get there and the budget and time taken. Thank you very much, Amy

Since you have a long stay, i suggest you go to Emei Shan, Le Shan, Dujianyan, QIngcheng Shan, Panda Breeding and Research Center besides Jiuzhaigou Valley. As for hotels, budget and time taken, you can get info this website and other related material before you start your tour.

You should go to Huanglong National Park and maybe Songpan as well if you have the time. Regarding hotels and budgets there are two 5 star hotels - Sheraton and Intercontinental.

There are a lot of mid range hotels in the region as well. There is a great home stay in a Tibetan village up in a valley outside of the park also

You can do horse trekking in Songpan and hiking inside Jiuzhaigou.
