About:Chinese Embassy in Switzerland

I am a U.S. citizen studying in St. Gallen. I need to apply for a chinese visa, can I just go to the embassy in Bern and drop off my application? single entry is 50fr, correct?

St.Gallen is under the consular jurisdiction of Consulate General of China in Zurich. You should go to Zurich to apply for Chinese visa.
