can anyone tell me which would be the better hotel to stay at Chengdu Sichuan hotel on 31 zongfu street or the Garden City Hotel on No:8 Daye Road? Also I have friends staying at the dynasty hotel how far are these two hotel from the dynasty hotel? Thank you. Terry

Those two hotels are both close to the Dynasty Hotel within walking distance. If you want to stay in Sichuan Hotel, ask for the room in Main Building, it also have other building such as the South Building. Just ask to stay in the Main building which is better equipped. Garden Hotel has free internet access and breakfast, I heard. You can confirm this. As to Location, I prefer Sichuan Hotel.
