The work visa (Z) allows to enter China for a period of 3 months and the temporary resident permit should be applied for (not necessarily obtained) within a period of 1 month after entering China. So does it require that the job start date be within one month of entering China? Can the procedure for applying for the health certificate, alien employment certificate and temporary resident permit be started before the job start date, or is it practically impossible before starting working (i.e. can I get the employement verification letter and other documents before the job start date?)? I am basically asking when I can enter China once I know my job start date. Thanks for your help.
