Hi, I am Lim...What is the easiest and cheapest way to visit Eastern Qing Tomb as well as Western Qing Tomb?

These two places are not in Beijing City, Eastern Tomb is in ZUnhua and West TOmb is in Yixian COunty. You can find tourist bus at Xuanwumen Church and Liuliqiao Long-distance Bus Station has regular buses to The Qing Western Tombs.
