About:China Embassy in Thailand

Dear Sirs,

I would like to ask about Visa to Mainland China.

I am flying to Thailand from China to visit Thailand, and wish to return to China, but my current "L" visa will be expired while I am staying in Thailand (before this I have several "F" visas).

As an American citizen, can I get a tourist visa for mainland China in Thailand for up to 6 months or 1 year? How much does it cost and what documents I should apply ? Thank you.

I'm not sure whether you can apply for a new China visa in Thailand, but you may also apply for the China visa in Hk.
