About:Beijing Weather

Will be in beijing end of Nov. Thinking of going to the Great wall on 3 Dec and staying overnight at Mutianyu. Would it be possible to travel to Mutianyu and visit the Great wall if it snows? Not sure if i should book the accomodation now. Would appreciate some advice.

You could visit the Great Wall in snowing day, just keep warm and safe. As for the hotel, you’d better book it in advance.

I actually wanted to go to Mutianyu Greatwall on the 10 Nov. Unfortunately, it snowed in the middle of the night. The road was blocked, and we went to Juyongguan Pass instead.

Thank you for advice. I'm thinking of booking the Grandma's place but also worry if the roads would be accessible if it snows. Any other recommendation for accomodationat Mutianyu.
