I'm a Thai citizen who has cameroon boyfriend and we're plan to marry under Thai law but the district office were we will marry they require for Affirmation Freedom to Marry and stamp by consulate or embassy but they don't have cameroon embassy here so what we can do and how we can get that paper. Please help me to answer.
