About:Chinese Embassy in Russia

Hello,
I am a Danish citizen now living and working in St. Petersburg.
This summer my wife, who is Russian, and I will be in Khabarovsk doing some seminars and we want to go for about a week to Beijing.
Can you tell us if we can apply for the Chinese visa in Khabarovsk even though we are both residents of St. Petersburg as we will be not be able to get the visa before going to Khabarovsk?
Best wishes,
Michael

Hi,
Yes I guess its better to apply in St. Petersburg - but as I dont know the dates and will not buy the tickets etc before going to Khabarovsk - would it somehow be possible to apply for the visa in Khabarovsk?

St.Petersburg is under the consular jurisdiction of Chinese Consulate General in St.Petersburg, so you should apply for Chinese visa in St.Petersburg
