Huge luggages? So, I don't think a cab could store them. And, there is no direct shuttle bus could be used. Therefore, my suggestion is that you could take the Airport Express train to arrive at Dongzhimen firstly. Here, please transfer to the subway Line 2 and then get off at Chongwenmen station. At the Exit A or Exit B, you could find the Novotel Xinqiao Hotel easily. The fare is CNY27/adult.
Ps: both of the Airport Express and the subway allow you to take your luggages as you wish!
