I'm from uzbekistan and I'm married and my husband is from china so we live together in china I have been trying to send money to Usa Green card almost 2 years from china through the master or visa card or western union service but in china send money to another country using master card or other card impossible just I 'd like to know is it possible to send money through the USA embassy in china to USA Green Card because When i sent money through western union to USA Green Card they asked whcich type of western union service i sent payment to them I asked the bank in china but the bank said there is only one type of western union service around the world so i got my money back please help to send money to USA Green Card thank you
