About:Chinese Consulate in Lagos

Dear Sir/madam.
I am a Nigerian but I have a resident permits of South Korea and I have lived in Korea for ten years. I have a house in China and I have been doing business and buying goods from China for the past ten years.
It happens that this time I went to the China Embassy in South Korea to apply for visa, unfortunately the staff in charge inform me that China Embassy in South Korea no longer issue visa to Nigerians, that I should go to Nigeria to apply for visa.

If I should visit Nigeria to apply for China visa, what are your visa requirements for people like me that have Korea resident permits?

Or do you have any suggestions that would be helpful to get China visa in Korea without visiting Nigeria?

Your candid advise and urgent reply will be highly appreciated.

Yours faithfullly.
