About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Hi!
This is in connection to my queries last week. I tried to asked help from my employer for the Z visa notification letter and his response was he never tried one since he had his school.May I know where can I have this notification letter? Who's suppose to give me this?

I don't think your husband need the Z visa notification for the visa application. If your husband want to stay with you until the finish of your work, he can also apply for work visa as you, if he just visit you for a short period, he can apply for tourist visa. The marriage license and the copy of your work permit are the most inportatant for his application.
