About:Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar

We plan to go to Xiling snow mountain 1st week of Dec.Can we go on that time?
We heart that the snow mountain is still under rebuilding? Is it true?
If true, what others place we can go for snow seeing because traveling with
2 kids.

It is said the ski area of Xiling snow mountain is under alteration at present and won't be open to public until Dec. But no offical announcement has been made yet. For snow seeing, why not go Harbin?
