About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Dear Sir
Appreicate if you could kindly advice what is the procedure for an American who would like to go to Hong Kong for Business. Can he apply in Malaysia.

Americans are exempt from visa to Hk for 90 days, I think he doesn't need a visa.
