usually beijing doesnt tend to snow so much anymore and i know that because i live here. it snowed on sunday but that was only because the government and their chemical stuff to make it snow. and that only happens if the conditions are just right for it, which was on sunday. there really isn't a set time where you might want to see snow, but december and january are the coldest, so there probably will be a chance. last year and around 2 or 3 years ago they made it snow in feb and march, so that also might be good times too
