About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Hi, we are a Turkish citizen resident in the UK and an Italian citizen resident in the UK. We are planning to travel to Hong Kong between 24.12.2009 and 2.1.2010 and would like to make a quick visit to China. Are we entitled to get a Chinese Visa from Hong Kong, or should we apply in our country of residence (UK)?
Thanks for your answer

You can apply for the visa in Hk after you fix your trip to mainland China.
