Hi,I am holding a syrian passport and I would like to know if I can transit from Hong Kong airport to Shenzhen either by ferry or bus? I have only a mainland visa not a Hong Kong visa.

Yes, either the ferry or the bus could be used for you to get to Shenzhen from HK Airport directly. You don't have to appply for a Hong Kong visa.
