No, there is no direct railway link between Shenzhen and Ningbo. My suggestion is: you take bullet train from Shenzhen to Guangzhou Railway Station (one hour) and get there earlier before Train K210 leaving from Guangzhou at 15:24 to Ningbo nearly 22 hours later.
