About:Chinese Embassy in Switzerland

Dear Madam/Sirs:
I make phone calls to 41-31-3514593 many times at 9:00~12:00 monday to Friday . why did no person recieve telephones. If not it is correct time the consul at office, Please tell me what time is suitable, I have urgent things to consult.

the phone number is the same as that on the embassy's official website.
If you can't get through it, please find a travel agency to help you.
