About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I am an US citizen born in China, & just arrived at Singapore for a business trip. I did not have enough time to apply for visa to China in USA after my business trip plan is made. Can I apply for visa to China in Singapore?

i think you can, but you still have to confirm with the China embassy in Singapore, since some of the China embassies have stopped issuing visas to aliens in a third country befor the 60th anniversary of PRC.
