Hi, im travelling to taiwan 19-26, knowing the weather will be cold, how is the temperature? i read some comment here saying that the shopping is good around christmas, is it true? im so happy! and knowing the taiwanese doesnt celebrate christmas but is there any christmas deco? Im intend to go Alishan as well, as per news the thypoon effect the road going up to Alishan, is the road being fixed? or we are still cant go to Alishan on Dec? is there any other transport instead of bus? what about train?
