How can the baby (less 1 year old) get a visa back to China as she is going to use 1 time exit pass to get out Beijing. Can she use an invitation letter to apply Single entry visa in Germany? If she can, can she do it in Stuttgart or Munich? Can her father go on behalf of her or she must to be at the embassy?
