About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I will need some recharge cards adding minutes for my mobile phone with a China Mobile SIM card. Are these also available? What kind of shops? For example - Newspaper/book stores?

Also, I am also looking for a 'Call USA' card that can be used for low cost calls back to the USA using a local phone. Are these available in the same stores?

At the Arrival Hall of the T3, you will find some self-sevice machines selling the sim card. Very easy to purchase one. Haven't found 'Call USA' there. You could ask for help from the staffs when you arrive in the airport.
