About:Getting to Macau

hi sahar from egypt
i am planning to go to gauangzhou in december if during my stay in guangzhou i wanted to visit macau or hongkong for a day or two days do i need another visa besides visa for china

No, you don't have to apply for visa to enter into Hong Kong and Macau. But, please make sure that your China Visa should be double-entry since you will enter into China mainland for two times.
