About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi,
I have an inquiries, me and my family going to shen zhen and plan to visit Macau and Hong Kong as well.
Do anyone know can we apply multiple entry visa or we should apply double entry visa.
What document we need to prepare for the application.

malaysian passport holders are exempt of visa to Hk for 90 days and to Macau for 30 days.
If you will enter Shenzhen once, a single entry China visa will be enough.
