About:Hainan Travel

The last time I was in Hainan was in 1992. I believe it has become a lot better in the last 17 years. I am wondering if there are good seafood restaurants for reasonable price in Hainan. I have been in Taiwan also. There is a lot of very fresh seafood for very rasonable price everywhere in Taiwan. Can anyone comparing with Hainan and Taiwan about seafood and hotel services, etc? I would like to decide if I go visit Taiwan or Hainan in late December 2009.

Dear Ms.Joan,
Thank you very much for having been missing Hainan. Great changes have taken place in Haikou, Boao and Sanya. Have you heard of Boao Forum for Asia yet? There are good seafood restaurants for more reasonable price in Boao. Flavor and cooking methods of seafood are different in Hainan and Taiwan. Hotel services the same quality and standard as equivalent star.
It is good for you to come visit Hainan in late December 2009.
