About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Hello,
do anyone knows here, when China Embassy in hOngkongsar will resume? there office hour after October 1. Coz i need to go in shenzhen before october 9. i'm inquiring details so i have an idea how many working days i will put in my application form.
