I submitted an application to renew my HKSAR passport on 9/15/09 for regular process (instead of express). I will need to travel to London for business on 10/2/09; I am very concerned that I still haven't receive any notification regarding the pick-up of my new passport, as 10 business days have already passed. How long does it usually take for renewal via regular process? And what should I do in my situation where my passport is urgently needed in a few days?
