dear mr He, i will go to shenzen in 5 february. can you tell me, what special events in the february, because it's chinese new year right? and for the hotel price in shenzen, is it affect the hotel rate to increase cause of chinese new year? xie xie...

The Chinese New Year of 2010 will start from Feb 13, so before that, there will be no special events in my opinion. On Feb 13, there may be a firework show. The hotel price will not be affected too much by the festival, just a little higher.

Dear Ms.Mei Hua,
There will be Spring Festival on Feb.5th, 2010. It won’t affect the hotel rate because some migrant people return to their hometown to spend Spring Festival Holiday with their loved-ones.
