Hi,We are a US citizens going to Philippines in Feb.2010 for a month long vacation.we are planning to go to China for 5 days during our vacation in Philippines.where do we apply for China visa? what place is more favorable for a first time tourist Shanghai or Beijing?.What's the climate in February. You can apply the China visa either in your country or in Philippine. Both are ok. It depends on where is convenient for you. Since it is your first time to China, Beijing endowed with many highlight tourist resources is highly recommended. The climate there in Feb is a little bit cold and windy, you need to wear suitable clothes to keep warm.
