Hi there,
I'm quite new in travelling.
Would be great if you could let me understand the weather in Taiwan from the month of Feb-Apr with a breakdown in terms of places in Taichung/Taipei etc.

And whether it is suitable for a family trip all round the corners of Taiwan to grab for food, shopping spree, sight-seeing etc.

Taiwan enjoys very comfortabel temperature all year round that you don't have to worry about the weather. A thin sweater is ok in Feb and then March and April is warm enough since the spring is coming. Of course, you could eating the delicous food and do some shopping with family~

Thanks for your input.
However, I have a concern regarding natural disasters due to recent disasters attacking few countries including Taiwan.

Therefore, is it safe for a family to travel Taiwan during Feb-Mar2010?

Your advice is appreciated.
